For many of you, your healthcare provider is already in the Community Health Network. Use the Provider Search page to find out if your doctor is in the network.

If you do not see your provider here, Nominate them for participation. Chances are, if they provide good care to you, they provide it to many Montanans. Let's bring them on-board.
